On July 8, 2025, Beijing Sinnet Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Sinnet Cloud Data Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with DeepGlint Information Technology Co., Ltd. in Beijing.

According to the agreement, the three parties will focus on joint construction of intelligent cloud solutions for industry, AI product development and ecosystem collaboration, as well as joint market expansion. Leveraging DeepGlint’s advanced AI algorithm capabilities, combined with Sinnet’s high-performance computing power resources and Sinnet Cloud’s intelligent cloud network services, the parties will provide intelligent solutions for industries including finance, education, security, emergency response, and low-altitude aviation.

The collaboration aims to establish a complete "AI + Industry Intelligent Cloud" service loop. The parties will deeply cooperate in product R&D, project collaboration, market expansion, ecosystem building, resource sharing, and joint branding.

The agreement was signed by He Chunlin (Partner and Senior Vice President of DeepGlint), Li Wei (Vice President of Sinnet), and Chen Meng (Executive Director of Sinnet Cloud), representing their respective companies. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Wu Yizhou (General Manager of DeepGlint), Yang Yuhang (Chairman of Sinnet and Sinnet Cloud), and Wu Man (Executive Director and CEO of Sinnet Cloud).
