On 16 October 2026, Beijing Sinnet Technology Co., Ltd. (“Sinnet Technology”) and Beijing HPC AI Technology Co., Ltd. (“Beijing HPC AI Technology”) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. Guided by the principles of complementary strengths and mutual benefit, the two parties will pursue long-term, extensive and close collaboration in areas including AI Token factories, adaptation of domestically developed AI computing chips, and the joint development and deployment of integrated solutions.

The signing ceremony was attended by Yang Yuhang, Chairman of Sinnet Technology; Geng Yan, CEO of Sinnet Technology; Li Wei, Vice President and Board Secretary; Hu Jianwen, Vice President; Wu Man, Executive Director and CEO of Sinnet Cloud; and You Yang, Founder of Beijing HPC AI Technology, together with Beijing HPC AI Technology Vice Presidents Gao Yuan and Zhao Yifei. The executives witnessed the signing of the agreement.
